These Italian designed and manufactured cotton tablecloths are made to the high specifications and finish that we have come to expect from this country’s quality products. This long, family established Italian manufacturer only uses quality fabrics.
All our cotton and cotton twill tablecloths have been treated with Teflon or Teflon Dupont(Acrylic finish) to prevent spills from soaking into the fabric. Wine, oil and liquid spills simply drop up on the surface and do not soak into the fabric. Simply apply a paper serviette or towel to wipe excess spillage. If a more solid mass such as tomato sauce or chocolate mousse apply a damp cloth.
Your tablecloth will not even need to be washed often but they are machine washable. If you are a predantic housekeeper a light iron on the under side. Otherwise, just iron on the line!(Washing instructions are attached to the tablecloth)
The Teflon Dupont (acrylic ) coating tablecloths that are under the "Outdoor" tab. They are both heat and fade resistant as well as being extremely hardy! I have heard of a customer story of where a possum had a little accident on one! Apparently, they put in the wash and all evidence was removed for once and all! We do not reccommend this practice!
The difference between a teflon coated and an acrylic coated tablecloth:- The teflon coating (under the indoor-outdoor tab) is impossible to detect by eye or touch. The acrylic coating (under the outdoor tab) has a heavier coating which more of a waxed feel to it when touched. They definitely do not look or feel like plastic!
This boutique range is designed to suit all inside and outside venues. Rectangle designs are available from 180 cm to 300cm long. In select fabrics there is both square and round tablecloths which are easy to find under our square and round tabs.
